Our mould and product manufacturing as well as the mould service guarantee reliable deliveries to our customers
- Our own mould manufacturing with cooperation partners enables a quick and economic production of extensive projects
- The mould service guarantees a disturbance-free manufacture of pieces and testing of new moulds
- We have 20 modern injection moulding machines with mould clamping forces of 25 –250 tons
- We have also machines with clamping forces of up to 800 tons
- Piece weights being 0,2 – 2 500 grams
- Small and medium-size series of 50 – 10 000 pieces
- Also large series of more than 10 000 pieces belong to our deliveries
- Combinations of different materials such as plastic/metal, plastic/plastic, plastic/rubber etc.
- Different surface treatments; painting, metallizing, printing etc.
- After treatments; gluing, ultrasonic welding, electronics installation, assembling etc.
